In 2022, she co-founded the South Loudoun Youth Chorale (SLYC), a nonprofit dedicated to bringing choral music opportunities to students across Northern Virginia. Her professional journey includes her current role as the Executive Director for SLYC, work as an event production consultant with Current Co. and J Street Group (D.C.), service as a board member and singer for the Voce Chamber Singers (Vienna, VA), and leadership as a personnel and production manager for the San Diego Master Chorale (San Diego, CA). Lisa has taught middle school and high school choir, orchestra, and theater for DoDEA in Naples, Italy, as well as high school choir, music theory, and guitar for Fairfax County Public Schools.

Beyond the classroom, Lisa has shared her expertise as a music director, choreographer, and talent coach for numerous musical theater productions, as well as with the Miss District of Columbia Organization (Miss America). Outside of professional life, Lisa enjoys traveling with her husband, George, and their daughters, Natalie and Ava.
