Wakefield was recently awarded a $100,000 grant from the Edward E. Ford Foundation, given to just 18 schools nationwide. This grant is a tremendous vote of confidence in the strength of our educational vision and the extraordinary work already taking place in our classrooms. In order to receive the grant, E.E. Ford requires a $100,000 community match, which will create a $200,000 investment in faculty development through this year’s Raise the Paddle initiative. Even if you’re not attending the Gala on April 11, you can still be part of this exciting moment.
