Biography
Education BA in History, Ithaca College M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction, University of Virginia Peter began his career at Washington Latin Public Charter School in Washington, D.C., serving as an advisor, Social Studies teacher, and 11th-grade dean. He began teaching at Wakefield School in 2015 and currently serves as Wakefield's Head of Upper School and Social Studies Department Chair in addition to teaching a variety of courses in the department. Peter is the co-founder of The 9:57 Project, a nonprofit organization that connects Veterans and educators to inspire the next generation. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and watching sports. Peter is also a parent of Gracie (Class of 2030) and William (Class of 2035).
