Dr. Angus Goldberg was raised in a family of teachers and has studied history in one form or another his entire life.  He is an experienced guide for young learners and is committed to providing them with specialized instruction in the Humanities. He was drawn to Wakefield by the ethos of its various programs, most notably the high standards of academic rigor, personal conduct, and collegiality that characterize our community. His academic interests include early modern urban life, American military history, and seafaring in all eras and places. Dr. Goldberg is an experienced traveler who travels most often to Scotland. He is a longtime bookman and a dedicated Nationals fan.
