Chelsea Mullins began teaching in Norfolk Public Schools in 2014 after graduating from Old Dominion University. She then moved to Prince William County in 2015 with her husband. She taught 3rd grade for 6 years and then moved to 6th-grade math within Prince William County. This is where she really found her love of teaching math. Chelsea also taught 5th grade for a year before moving to Wakefield School as the 4th/5th grade math teacher.

Chelsea feels delighted to teach at Wakefield, where she can foster student learning and community, all while helping students find joy or passion within math. Chelsea is also a Wakefield parent to Evie (Class of 2036) and enjoys doing what she loves while watching her daughter grow academically.
